A Preliminary Study on Clinical Effect og Flutoprazepam

Abstract
|
|
|
Forty four patients (26 anxiety disorders, 10 neurotic depressions, and 8 psychophysiological disorders) were treated with 2mg of flutoprazepam p.o. daily. The results are as follows.
1) Seventeen(38.6%) patients were improved markedly, 11(25.0%) patients were improved moderately, and 4(9.1%) patients were improved mildly. Total rate of improvement was 72.7 percent.
2) , Improvement rate of anxiety disorder, psychophysiological disorder, and neurotic lepression were 84.6%, 62.5%, and 50.0% in order.
3) There was any case of physical dependency, but were 3 cases of psychological cependeny.
4) Rate of development of side reaction was 20.5%. Common side reactions were headache, dizziness, tremor, weakness, lethargic, etc.
5) The female anxiety neurotics have gotten the most effective therapeutic outcome. (Rate of improvement: 87.-S%)
